Graduated from The University of Western Ontario with a Bachelors and Masters’ degree in Engineering. Professional Engineer in the Provinces of Ontario and Manitoba for the past 43 years. Part time instructor at Humber College from 1990 to 2000 in Manufacturing Technology and Design. President of Quinte Consulting Inc. for the past 21 years.

On the Executive for Board Blues for the Red Door Charity for 3 years.

Became a mason in May 2002, Master of Maple Leaf Lodge, No. 600 in 2009 and 2013, Master of Hiram Lodge, No. 319 in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022. District Deputy Grand Master for Brant Masonic District, 2026-2027.
